Check rotameter settings match required on screen. Ensure reservoir bag inflates and deflates on each breath. Check separate monitor if available.

Measured FiO₂ less than setpoint

LycoVent will continue to operate with no effect on TV,RR,EI, MV or Vt exp

Medium Priority tone.

Look for reservoir bag obstruction or hose disconnection.

Ensure reservoir bag inflates and deflates during cycle.

FiO_{2 Tx Fault}

FiO₂ measurement out of sensor range

LycoVent will continue to operate. Sensor used for reporting but not control

Visible alert on screen. Medium Priority tone.

Replace sensor. If fault persists contact manufacturer.
