# Measurement Accuracy

The accuracy of parameters displayed on-screen was tested using calibrated instruments and the % error for each parameter was as follows:

**Display Pressures**(Claimed accuracy 5.5% or better)

- 5 cm H~2O ± 5.5%
- 37 cm H~2O ± 2.0%
- 50 cm H~2O ± 1.3% (by extrapolation)

**Display Volumes** (Claimed accuracy 4% or better)

**FIO~2 System Response Time**

The response times (See [Overview of the LycoVent: Oxygen Level Control](https://lycovent.org/?page_id=3244)) are based on the time to achieve 90% of a target FiO~2 of 60% from a starting FiO~2 of 22% (air) through the addition of medical grade O~2 (99%).
